Sri Aurobindo Bhavan
Sri Aurobindo Society, Bangalore – is dedicated to carrying out the work for which the Mother has established the Society. Located at Ulsoor, Bangalore, it is housed in a palatial building known as “Sri Aurobindo Bhavan”, surrounded by lush green trees and a beautiful garden which has a number of flowers named by the Mother.
Greenery all around, birds chirping in a tranquil environment – in the heart of busy Bangalore this is a haven of peace.

Sri Aurobindo’s Relics, Ulsoor, Bangalore
The soul of the campus is Sri Aurobindo’s relics – enshrined on April 4th, 1993.
A touch of the unique environment that surrounds the Samadhi in Pondicherry Ashram can be felt in this room.
Meditation Room, Ulsoor, Bangalore
The meditation room is open from 7:00am – 12:30pm &
4:30pm – 7:00pm
on all days. Devotees make beautiful flower arrangements everyday on different themes.
Sri Aurobindo’s Life Sketch
A beautifully illustrated life sketch of Sri Aurobindo, right from his childhood is represented as a set of portraits on the first floor of the bhavan. It is a pleasure to read the brief snippets. Read fully and with understanding, it takes about an hour to read and one is transported to another world during that time.
Library
The library houses the complete works of the Mother and Sri Aurobindo along works by Their disciples. The Bhavan subscribes to a variety of journals which is of great help to true aspirants. Members can borrow books from the library at no cost.
Sales Center
The bhavan has a small sales center which has books by Sri Aurobindo and The Mother and Their disciples. Products from the Ashram’s Cottage Industries, Auroshika, Ayurvedic Department and other products which are of general use for devotees are also available.
